HYGOOD HFC-227ea Heptafluoropropane (HFC-227ea) gaseous fire extinguishing system is certified by UL/FM International and meets the requirements of China GB50972 standard. The agent has both UL, FM and CCCF approvals, providing a fast, efficient, safe and reliable fire suppression solution for high-value assets such as computer rooms and data centres, as well as for those working in office areas.
Depending on the design concentration, HFC-227ea will not reduce indoor oxygen content to a level that threatens personal safety. After a fire, the gas can be spread by natural ventilation as HFC-227ea is non-toxic, does not contain bromine or chlorine and does not cause any depletion of ozone.
HYGOOD HFC-227ea is stored in liquid form in cylinders under nitrogen pressure, so it takes up very little space for storage. The gas flows through a network of pipes into the protected area to be extinguished and first absorbs the heat of the flames and thus extinguishes the fire.
