High pressure carbon dioxide fire extinguishing system
Product Description
ANSUL high pressure CO2 systems are particularly effective for fires in unoccupied spaces (e.g. semiconductor cleaning equipment, control rooms, paint lines, etc.). Regardless of the application, each system, from cylinder to nozzle, will be designed specifically for the customer's particular situation.
Off-pressure systems use individual storage cylinders - each with a capacity of between 16 kg (35 lbs) and 54 kg (120 lbs) - which can be connected by manifolds. These cylinders can be connected to a manifold to allow for rapid and simultaneous CO2 dispensing. Cylinder valves can be opened automatically or manually. They can be activated locally or remotely using electric, pneumatic or mechanical valve actuators.
