Product Description
An electric/electronic double interlock preaction system consists of a preaction valve (DV-5 shower valve and check valve) and corresponding piping, fire detection system, air compressor, automatic air pressure maintenance device, closed sprinkler heads, piping network and water supply control valves. The electric/electronic double interlock pre-action system is designed for use in locations where a degree of protection against inadvertent water ingress into the system is required, e.g. cold stores. It can also be used in political and economic locations that are sensitive to water damage, such as computer rooms, warehouses for valuables, cultural relics, libraries, archives, hotels, exhibition centres, etc. Electric / electric double interlock pre-action system requires the installation of an electrical fire detection system, pre-action valves are equipped with an activation device is the solenoid valve electric start piping. The first electrical signal is an electrical detection system or a manual/electrical emergency valve opening device. The second electrical signal is the system network low pressure alarm pressure switch, which is activated when the closed sprinkler head is activated and the system network pressure drops. When two independent electrical signals are sent to the fire control box, the fire control box sends a 24VDC solenoid valve open signal, the preaction valve diaphragm chamber is relieved and the preaction valve is opened.
If only one signal is generated, the fire control box only sends an alarm signal and the preaction valve will not open.
