TJR series rising stem gate valve
Product Description
TJR series open stem gate valve, the valve body material is ductile cast iron, which is about 50% lighter than other ordinary cast iron gate valves, so it is good for the transportation and on-site installation of the valve. The EPDM rubber wrapped valve plate can provide a sealing grade for gas sealing. The valve body assembly, except for the part with its own anti-corrosion properties, is epoxy coated to maintain reliable operation for a long time.
Currently, the models conforming to China GB are DN50~DN300 flange X flange connection type. All models have pre-drilled flow measurement holes that allow for easy and quick connection of additional components such as gauges or pressure switches, while also helping to simplify system draining for maintenance. In addition, OS&Y gate valves utilize a unique design feature that provides a backup sealing device for the O-ring stem. This device can function properly while the valve is at operating pressure to prevent leakage of the primary seal during later operation.
