Y-FRB series K=80 fast response, standard coverage horizontal/vertical side wall sprinkler head

Product Description

TY-FRB Series (K=80) Horizontal/Vertical Sidewall Sprinkler Nozzles are standard response-standard coverage decorative sprinkler nozzles with 3mm diameter glass bubbles for use in light and medium hazardous locations, commercial locations such as banks, hotels, shopping centers, and so on. It is installed as follows: under the flat house panel along the side wall, or mounted on the side of the beam. When it is not desirable to have the piping run across the roof from the point of view of aesthetics or building structure, the side-wall type sprinkler head is usually used instead of the sagging or upright type sprinkler head.

The TY-FRB series of flush-mounted horizontal sidewall sprinkler heads are intended for installation on finished walls. It utilizes a two-piece recessed trim tray, labeled 10. The recessed trim tray has an insertion adjustment of 12.7 mm or a maximum adjustment of 19.1 mm in the flush position with the sidewall, or a two-piece recessed trim tray, labeled 20, with an insertion adjustment of 6.4 mm or an adjustment of 12.7 mm in the flush position with the sidewall. the adjustment of the recessed trim tray reduces the precision required for the cutting of the sprinkler connecting nozzle stub.

Copper alloy printheads exposed to corrosive environments can be protected with an anti-corrosion coating to extend the life of the printhead. Although printheads with anti-corrosion coatings have passed the standard corrosion tests carried out by the certification body, the tests do not cover all corrosive environments. It is therefore recommended that the end user is consulted as to whether the corrosion protection is suitable for the particular corrosive environment. Consideration should be given to the effects of ambient temperature, chemical concentration, gas/chemical flow rate and, at a minimum, the corrosive properties of the chemical on the exposed printhead. Action: The liquid in the glass bubble is subjected to thermal expansion. When the nominal action temperature is reached, the expanding liquid bursts the glass bubble and the sprinkler head sprinkles.
