Product Description
The multifunctional power supply based on IP network is specially designed for use in Bosch PRAESENSA system. The multi-functional power supply contains four independent mains power supplies with power factor correction and provides four sets of dual-channel redundant power supply outputs, which can power three 600W power amplifiers (dual-channel 48VDC) and one system controller (dual-channel 24VDC) power supply, and there are two PoE outputs that can power 2 call stations.
The multi-functional power supply integrates a battery charger and an independent battery power converter. When the mains power fails, it can automatically switch to the battery to provide backup power for all connected devices. The output power will not be interrupted when the power supply mode is switched, and a single 12V VRLA backup battery is used, eliminating the need to deal with battery balancing, while maximizing battery life and power density.
The multi-functional power supply has 8 universal control input interfaces monitored by the system and 8 voltage-free control output interfaces. The amplifier has a built-in 6-port Gigabit Ethernet switch, supports RSTP rapid spanning tree protocol and hand-in-hand wiring, transmits control signals through the OMNEO media network architecture, and receives 1 backup analog audio. Two of the network ports support standard PoE and can provide redundant power supply for a call station. The backup analog audio channel can be output to the Lifeline interface of the power amplifier as a backup audio input when the power amplifier network interface fails. The multi-function power supply's front panel LED indicators can display mains and battery power supply status, network connection and fault status, as well as additional software monitoring and fault reporting functions.
The multi-function power supply is a standard cabinet-mounted device (2U), complies with CCC, EN 54-4 and ISO 7240-4 standard certifications, provides CE declaration and complies with the requirements of the RoHS directive.
