Eight-channel power amplifier PRA-AD608
Product Description
The IP network-based eight-channel power amplifier is designed for use with the Bosch PRAESENSA system. The amplifier is capable of automatically adapting the maximum output power of each channel to the load of its connected loudspeakers, and is free to flexibly distribute the total output power of 600W to each output channel, supporting direct drive capability of 70V or 100V output, and electrically isolating the outputs from ground.
The amplifier has a built-in independent backup amplifier channel to realize automatic failover. The amplifier has a built-in 2-port Gigabit Ethernet switch, supports RSTP Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol (RSTP) and hand-holding wiring, transmits control signals and multi-channel audio signals through the OMNEO media network architecture, and automatically switches to one Lifeline backup analog audio input in the event of a network interface failure. The amplifiers provide dual redundant power supply inputs, and all amplifier output channels provide A/B connections and support Class-A redundant loop connections. All amplifier channels may be used to monitor the integrity of each speaker line without interrupting audio playback. The amplifier's front panel LED indicators show network connection status, ground faults, power supply status, audio channel status, and additional software monitoring and fault reporting capabilities.
The eight-channel amplifier is a standard cabinet-mounted unit (1U) with software-configurable audio signal processing functions, including independent level control for each channel, parametric equalizer, limiter, and audio delay. The amplifier complies with CCC, EN 54-16 and ISO 7240-16 standards certification, provides CE declaration and meets the requirements of the RoHS directive....
