1. Breastfeeding rooms, daycare centers, kindergartens, amusement halls, and other places for children's activities and disabled persons should not be set up within civil air defense projects.

2. The ceilings of childcare centers, kindergartens, and children's playgrounds with a third level fire resistance rating should be made of non combustible materials; When using flame-retardant materials, their fire resistance limit should not be less than 0.25 hours.

3. Children's playgrounds such as daycare centers and kindergartens should be located in independent buildings and should not be located underground or semi underground; When using buildings with first and second level fire resistance ratings, they should not exceed three floors; When using a building with a third level fire resistance rating, it should not exceed 2 floors; When using a building with a fourth level fire resistance rating, it should be a single story; When it is necessary to install it in other civil buildings, it should comply with the following regulations:

(1) When installed in buildings with first or second level fire resistance, they should be placed on the first, second, or third floor;

(2) When installed in buildings with a third level fire resistance rating, it should be placed on the first or second floor;

(3) When installed in buildings with a fourth level fire resistance rating, it should be placed on the first floor;

(4) When installed in high-rise buildings, independent safety exits and evacuation stairs should be set up;

(5) When installed in single or multi story buildings, it is advisable to set up independent safety exits and evacuation stairs.

4. Children's playgrounds such as daycare centers, kindergartens, and children's playgrounds attached to buildings should be separated from other places or parts by fire-resistant partition walls with a fire resistance limit of no less than 2.00 hours and floor slabs with a fire resistance limit of 1.00 hours. The doors and windows that must be installed on the walls should use Class B fire-resistant doors and windows.

5. Children's rooms in large and medium-sized kindergartens, as well as other children's activity areas with a building area greater than 1500 square meters on any floor or a total building area greater than 3000 square meters, should be equipped with automatic fire alarm systems.

6. When children's rooms and activity areas in daycare and kindergartens are set up in wooden structures, they should be arranged on the first or second floor.

7. The construction unit shall apply for fire protection design review to the public security fire protection agency for indoor children's activity areas such as daycare centers, kindergartens, and children's playgrounds with a total construction area greater than 1000 square meters. After the completion of the construction project, the construction unit shall apply for fire protection acceptance to the public security fire protection agency that issued the fire protection design review opinion.
