Civilized construction safety measures and precautions for Siemens gas fire extinguishing systems
1、 Civilized construction and safety measures of Siemens gas fire extinguishing system
1. The construction room should be kept clean, the machinery and materials should be stacked in an orderly manner, and the material stacking area should be neatly stacked according to the variety and specification of materials. At the construction site, the materials should be cleaned after completion of work.
2. Do a good job in protecting finished products, and do not arbitrarily chisel, carve, or apply other types of construction products.
3. Cooperate closely with other trades in construction and do a good job in collaboration.
4. Seriously implement various safety operating procedures, attach importance to safety briefing and safety precautions to avoid accidents.
5. Regularly carry out targeted safety activities, provide safety education, prioritize prevention, and eliminate hidden dangers.
6. Regularly conduct safety inspections and promptly address any issues in safety production.
2、 Siemens gas fire extinguishing system finished product protection
1. Metal products such as pipes, profiles, and hangers that have undergone rust removal, painting, and anti-corrosion treatment should be stacked in dedicated areas with rain protection measures and smooth transportation.
2. The installed pipeline shall not be used as support, fastened with seat belts, placed on scaffolding, or stepped on.
3. When handling pipe tools and welding, specific protective measures should be taken to prevent dirt and damage to the already prepared walls. Ground. Doors and windows, etc.
4. Plastering. Before spraying, the pipeline spraying head should be wrapped to prevent the mortar from contaminating the nozzle and affecting the aesthetic quality.
5. When using a lightweight wall as a support card, it is necessary to be careful and appropriate to remove holes, and not to crack the wall.
6. It is not allowed to chop pipes on the floor slab or the ground that has been plastered. Twist the sun or make small tools.
7. After installing various valves, the handwheel should be removed and installed uniformly upon completion to avoid loss or damage.
8. If there is currently no heating or no conditions, the pipeline system and water appliances should be drained before the arrival of winter. Blow and sweep to prevent icing and damage.
9. Thread threading machine, cutting machine. Electric hammers and other machinery and equipment should be cleaned of debris after use. Dust. Oil stains, maintain machinery and equipment well to ensure their normal operation.
10. When installing fire detectors and manual alarms, attention should be paid to keeping the ceiling and walls clean. After installation, dust and moisture prevention measures should be taken. For those equipped with dedicated dust covers, they should be installed in a timely manner. For those with detector protective covers, they should be installed before debugging, and the probes should be tightened during debugging.
11. After the installation of the terminal box, attention should be paid to locking the box door to protect the box from contamination.
3、 Safety precautions for Siemens gas fire extinguishing system construction
1. When entering the construction site, it is necessary to wear a safety helmet, and for high-altitude operations, the safety belt must be fastened (check whether the safety belt is intact in advance). The safety belt must be hung in a secure place and cannot be hung on objects with cutting properties. Individuals with heart disease, hypertension, anemia, epilepsy, and other unsuitable conditions for high-altitude work are not allowed to engage in high-altitude work, and work is prohibited after drinking alcohol. Attention should be paid to nail punctures during flow operations.
2. Flammable materials should be removed or covered and isolated around the welding site. During welding, a dedicated person should be assigned to monitor the fire and bring a fire extinguisher to the welding site. The outer shell of the welding machine must be well grounded, and the installation and disassembly of its power supply should be carried out by an electrician. The welding machine should be equipped with a separate switch placed in a rain proof box. The welding tongs and wires must be well insulated and connected. When replacing welding rods, gloves should be worn. When working in damp places, insulation boards or wooden boards should be stood on. Outdoor work should be stopped in thunderstorms. After completing the work, the power supply of the welding machine should be cut off, and the operating location should be checked to ensure that there is no risk of fire before leaving.
3. During gas welding operations, attention should be paid to maintaining a distance of at least 10 meters between oxygen cylinders, acetylene cylinders, and welding points; Oxygen cylinders should be protected from exposure to sunlight and oil is strictly prohibited; Fire application procedures must be completed before operation; When welding or cutting, the surrounding flammable materials should be cleaned thoroughly.
4. Before using mechanical and electrical equipment, it is necessary to check for any leakage. If there is a malfunction, please ask an electrician for repair in a timely manner, and do not disassemble the electrical equipment without authorization. Mechanical and electrical equipment should have protective covers and grounding circuits. The insulation performance should be good, and the power supply should be placed in a dedicated switch box. When leaving work, the switch should be immediately pulled and locked. When operating mechanical and electrical equipment, gloves are strictly prohibited, and the cuffs should be tied tightly. Female comrades should wear work hats. It is strictly prohibited to inspect machinery and equipment during startup.
5. It is not allowed to climb down from various scaffolding, and it is forbidden to ride on and lift large formwork. Vertical transportation equipment such as floor slabs and suspension cages that are not intended for passengers are not allowed to pass through or stay under crane loads.
6. It is prohibited to engage in high-altitude operations in harsh weather conditions (strong winds above level 6, heavy snow, heavy rain, and fog).
7. When using a zigzag ladder, it should be tightly pulled together, and the slope of a single ladder should not be less than 60 degrees and greater than 70 degrees. The bottom should have anti slip measures. It is strictly prohibited for two or more people to use the same high stool or ladder. Operators are not allowed to stand on the stool or move the stool or work on the top step.
8. Throwing materials is strictly prohibited during homework. Handheld tools and zero materials should be placed in the tool bag at hand. When using a tower crane to lift pipes from a height, it is necessary to tie them tightly and assign a dedicated person to supervise and respond. Prevent slipping or stepping on the probe board.
9. When using a grinding wheel saw, protective measures should be taken and things should not be placed on the machine at will. When operating a grinding wheel saw, one should stand on the side.
10. Tools, parts, etc. on the operation case should be placed as steadily as possible inward. Attention should be paid at all times to prevent the case from falling and causing injury or falling from high altitude when shaking.
11. When transporting gas storage tanks, organize construction personnel to receive safety education and strictly follow safety operating procedures to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
12. When conducting debugging tests, reliable safety measures should be taken to ensure the safety of personnel.
