Siemens fire alarm system manufacturer introduces the composition of gas fire extinguishing systems
The fire gas fire extinguishing system generally consists of a set of fire extinguishing agent storage bottles, a liquid flow one-way valve, an airflow one-way valve, a pressure switch, a selection valve, a valve driving device, a nozzle, a manifold, a release pipe network, and an alarm fire extinguishing controller. Below, the Siemens fire alarm system manufacturer will give you a specific explanation
Non pipe network (prefabricated) automatic fire extinguishing device is a cabinet type fire extinguishing device that integrates fire extinguishing agent storage container components, pipelines, nozzles, valve driving devices, fire detection components, controllers, etc., and can automatically detect and implement fire extinguishing.
The main components of the cabinet type low-pressure CO2 automatic fire extinguishing system include a fire extinguishing agent storage device (including refrigeration unit, liquid level instrument, pressure indication device, safety relief valve, filling valve, balance valve and other components), main valve, selector valve, maintenance valve, mechanical emergency starting device, diaphragm type safety relief valve, nozzle, pipeline and pipeline accessories, etc.
The low-pressure CO2 automatic fire extinguishing system consists of a fire extinguishing agent storage device (including refrigeration unit, liquid level gauge, pressure indicating device, safety relief valve, filling valve, balance valve and other components), device control cabinet, main valve, selector valve, maintenance valve, mechanical emergency starting device, safety relief valve, nozzle, pipeline and pipeline accessories, etc.
Main components of the fire protection system:
Fire extinguishing agent storage container
The storage container for fire extinguishing agents is in a pressurized working state for a long time, and it is one of the main components of gas fire extinguishing systems, which has a significant impact on the normal operation of the system. The fire extinguishing agent storage container should not only store the fire extinguishing agent, but also serve as the power source for system operation, providing sufficient pressure for the normal operation of the system.
Main components of the system:
Container valve
Container valve refers to the control valve installed at the outlet of the fire extinguishing agent storage container. Its function is to seal the fire extinguishing agent normally, and to automatically or manually open and release the fire extinguishing agent in case of fire
Electromagnetic bottle head valve
This valve is installed on the starting cylinder to seal the starting gas inside the cylinder. During a fire, the controller issues a fire extinguishing command, opens the solenoid valve, initiates gas release, and opens the container valve and corresponding selection valve on the fire extinguishing agent storage container.
Selection valve
The selector valve is a valve used in a combination distribution system to control the release of fire extinguishing agents to the fire protection zone. The selection valve is usually closed, and the starting methods of the selection valve are pneumatic and electric. Both electric and pneumatic selector valves should be equipped with manual actuators to open the valve even in the event of automatic failure. This selector valve is a pneumatic quick opening valve that works by controlling the gas to push the piston of the driving cylinder, driving the crank to move and rotate the shaft. The main valve is in an openable state, and under the pressure of the fire extinguishing agent, the main valve opens to release the fire extinguishing agent. In case of emergency, the handle can be directly pulled to open the selector valve and release the fire extinguishing agent.
One-way valve
A one-way valve is used to control the flow direction of the medium. Check valves are divided into liquid flow check valves and air flow check valves. The liquid flow one-way valve can prevent the fire extinguishing agent from flowing back to the empty bottle or leaking from the interface of the unloaded storage bottle. The airflow one-way valve is used to control the starting gas to open the corresponding valve.
