3 minutes for you to understand the debugging of the fire alarm system
Before debugging the fire alarm system, the specifications, models, quantities, spare parts, etc. of the equipment should be inspected according to the requirements of the design documents; The construction quality of the system should be inspected according to the corresponding construction requirements. Any problems that arise during construction should be resolved through consultation with relevant units, and written records should be kept; The system circuit should be inspected according to the corresponding construction requirements. For problems such as incorrect wiring, open circuit, virtual welding, short circuit, and insulation resistance less than 20M Ω, corresponding measures should be taken.
The fire alarm controller, fire linkage controller, combustible gas alarm controller, electrical fire monitor, gas (foam) fire extinguishing controller, fire electrical control device, fire equipment emergency power supply, fire emergency broadcasting equipment, fire dedicated telephone, fire alarm transmission equipment or user information transmission device, graphic display device in fire control room, fire electric device, fire shutter controller, area display (fire display panel), fire emergency lamp control device, fire door monitor, fire alarm device and other equipment in the system shall be separately powered on and inspected.
1、 Fire alarm system controller
Before debugging, all external control cables of the fire alarm controller should be cut off, and the fire detector of any bus circuit and the manual fire alarm button on that bus circuit should be connected before connecting to the power supply.
According to the relevant requirements of the national standard "Fire Alarm Controllers" (GB4717-2005), the following functional checks and records should be carried out on the controllers one by one using observation, instrument measurement, and other methods, and they should meet the following requirements:
1. Self inspection function and operation level.
2. Open circuit and short circuit the wiring between the controller and detector, and the controller should send a fault signal within 100 seconds (except for sending a fire alarm signal in case of short circuit); In a faulty state, if any non faulty detector emits a fire alarm signal, the controller should emit the fire alarm signal within 1 minute and record the fire alarm time; Make other detectors emit fire alarm signals again and check the controller's re alarm function.
3. Silence and reset functions.
4. If the connection between the controller and the backup power supply is broken or short circuited, the controller should send a fault signal within 100 seconds.
5. Check the shielding function.
6. Short circuit any point within the protection range of the bus isolator and check the isolation protection function of the bus isolator.
7. Place no less than 10 fire detectors on any bus circuit in a fire alarm state simultaneously, and check the load function of the controller.
8. The automatic switching function of the main and backup power supplies, and repeat the inspection in clause 7 of this article while the backup power is in operation.
9. Other functions unique to the controller.
10. Connect the other circuits to the fire alarm controller in sequence and repeat the inspection.
2、 Point type smoke and temperature fire detectors
1. Using specialized detection instruments or simulating fire methods, check the alarm function of each fire detector one by one, and the detector should be able to emit a fire alarm signal.
For non recoverable fire detectors, simulated alarm methods should be used to check their alarm functions one by one, and the detectors should be able to emit fire alarm signals. When there are spare parts, their alarm function can be sampled for inspection.
2. Using specialized detection instruments, simulating fires, or pressing the detector alarm test button, check the alarm function of each household fire detector one by one. The detector should be able to emit sound and light alarm signals, and the interconnected detector connected to it should emit sound alarm signals.
3、 Linear thermal fire detector
Simulate fire alarms and faults on non recoverable detectors, and check the fire alarm and fault alarm functions of each fire detector one by one. The detectors should be able to emit fire alarm and fault signals separately. Recoverable detectors can use specialized detection instruments or simulate fires to emit fire alarm signals and simulate faults. Each fire detector's fire alarm and fault alarm functions should be checked one by one, and the detector should be able to emit fire alarm and fault signals separately.
4、 Linear beam smoke and fire detector
Adjust the light path adjustment device of the detector one by one, so that the detector is in a normal monitoring state. Use a light reducing film with a light reduction rate of 0.9dB to block the light path, and the detector should not emit a fire alarm signal; Block the light path with a dimmer film set by the product manufacturer with a dimming rate (1.0dB~10.0dB), and the detector should emit a fire alarm signal; Block the optical path with a dimmer film with a dimming rate of 11.5dB, and the detector should emit a fault signal or fire alarm signal. When selecting a reflective detector, check it at 0.5m in front of the detector according to the above requirements, and the detector should respond correctly.
5、 Pipeline style suction smoke fire detector
Add test smoke one by one to the sampling hole at the end of the sampling tube (the most unfavorable position), measure the alarm response time of the detector using a stopwatch, and the detector or its control device should emit a fire alarm signal within 120 seconds. According to the product manual, change the sampling pipeline airflow of the detector to put it in a faulty state. Use a stopwatch to measure the alarm response time of the detector. The detector or its control device should emit a fault signal within 100 seconds.
6、 Point type flame detectors and image type fire detectors
By using specialized detection instruments or simulating fires, the alarm function of the detector should be checked one by one at the most unfavorable location within the monitoring area of the detector, and the detector should be able to respond correctly.
7、 Manual fire alarm button
Apply appropriate thrust to the recoverable manual fire alarm button to activate it, and the alarm button should emit a fire alarm signal. For manual fire alarm buttons that cannot be restored, simulation action should be used to activate the alarm button (when there are spare starting parts, sampling can be conducted for action testing), and the alarm button should emit a fire alarm signal.
