Construction plan for electrical fire monitoring system
General Construction Regulations
1. Before the construction of the electrical fire monitoring system, relevant departments or institutions should have reviewed and approved drawings and technical documents, and construction should be carried out according to the drawings without arbitrary changes.
2. When the electrical fire monitoring system is completed, the construction unit should submit the following documents:
(1) As built drawings;
(2) Design change written records;
(3) Construction records (including records of concealed works);
(4) Inspection records;
(5) Completion report.
Construction wiring
1. Wiring of electrical fire monitoring system. It should comply with the requirements of the current national standard "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Building Electrical Installation Engineering" (GB50303), and the type and voltage level of the wires should comply with the provisions of the current same standard "Code for Design of Fire Automatic Alarm Systems" (CB50116).
2. The threading inside the pipe or conduit should be carried out after the completion of building plastering and ground engineering. Before threading, the accumulated water and debris inside the pipe or trunking should be removed thoroughly.
3. Twist; The joints of wires should be welded or connected with terminals inside the junction box.
4. The openings and connections of pipelines laid in dusty or humid areas should be sealed.
5. When the pipeline exceeds the following lengths, a junction box should be installed at a convenient location for wiring:
(1) When the length of the pipe exceeds 45m without bending;
(2) When the length of the pipe exceeds 30m and there is one bend;
(3) When the length of the pipe exceeds 20m and there are 2 bends;
(4) When the length of the pipe exceeds 12m, there are 3 bends.
6. When the pipe is inserted into the box, the outer side of the box should be fitted with a locking nut, and the inner side should be fitted with a protective mouth. When laying in the ceiling, both the inner and outer sides of the box should be fitted with locking nuts.
7. When laying various pipelines and trunking inside the ceiling, it is advisable to use separate fixtures for lifting or support fixation. The diameter of the suspension rod for hoisting the cable tray should not be less than 6mm.
8. The straight section of the trunking should be equipped with suspension points or fulcrums every 1.0m to 1.5m, and suspension points or fulcrums should also be installed in the following areas:
(1) At the junction of the trunking;
(2) 0.2m away from the junction box;
(3) Changes in the direction or corners of the trunking.
9. Compensation measures should be taken at the deformation joints (including settlement joints, expansion joints, seismic joints, etc.) where the pipeline passes through the building. The two sides of the wire crossing the deformation joint should be fixed, and appropriate margin should be left.
10. After laying the electrical fire monitoring system wires, the insulation resistance of each circuit wire should be measured with a 500V megohmmeter, and its insulation resistance to ground should not be less than 20M Ω.
General installation regulations
(1) The installation of electrical fire monitoring systems should comply with the requirements of relevant national standards.
(2) The installation of the electrical fire monitoring system must be carried out by professional personnel.
(3) The installation of detectors should fully consider the power supply method, power supply voltage, system grounding form, and monitoring method.
(4) The property owner of the building should establish and keep records of the installation and testing of each detector in the system.
(5) The detector should be kept at a safe distance from bare charged conductors, and the detector with a metal casing should be securely grounded.
(6) It is prohibited to install detectors without cutting off the power supply.
(7) The connection wires for the output circuit of the detector should use twisted pair copper core wires with a cross-sectional area of no less than 1.0mm2.
(8) The installation of detectors should not damage the integrity of the monitored circuit and should not add circuit contacts.
Installation of electrical fire monitoring equipment
1. When installing electrical fire monitoring equipment on the wall, the height from the bottom edge to the ground (floor) should be 1.3m to 1.5m, and the distance from the side near the door axis to the wall should not be less than 0.5m, and the distance from the front operation should not be less than 1.2m; When installing on the ground, the bottom edge should be 0.1m to 0.2m higher than the ground (floor) level.
2. Electrical fire monitoring equipment should be installed firmly and not tilted. When installed on lightweight walls, reinforcement measures should be taken.
3. The cables or wires introducing electrical fire monitoring equipment should meet the following requirements:
(1) The wiring should be neat, avoid crossing, and be firmly fixed;
(2) The end of the cable core and the matched wire should be labeled with a number that is consistent with the drawing, and the handwriting should be clear and not easily faded;
(3) Each terminal of the terminal board (or strip) should not have more than 2 wires;
(4) Cable cores and wires should have a margin of less than 200mm;
(5) The wires should be tied into bundles;
(6) After the wire is introduced into the conduit, it should be sealed at the inlet conduit.
4. The main power cord of electrical fire monitoring equipment is strictly prohibited from using power plugs; The main power supply should have clear markings.
5. The grounding (PE) wire of electrical fire monitoring equipment should be firm and clearly marked.
6. The terminals of electrical fire monitoring equipment with different voltage levels, current categories, and functions should be separated and clearly marked.
Install residual current type electrical fire monitoring detectors
1. Before installing the residual current type electrical fire monitoring detector, the inherent leakage current of its monitoring circuit should be measured.
2. The residual current type electrical fire monitoring detector should be correctly wired according to the provisions of Appendix B in different system grounding forms.
3. The N line on the load side of the residual current type electrical fire monitoring detector (i.e. the working zero line passing through the detector) can only be used as the neutral line for this power supply, and cannot be shared with other circuits, and cannot be repeatedly grounded (i.e. cannot be connected to the PE line); It is necessary to strictly distinguish between N line and PE line. The working zero line N of the three-phase four wire power supply circuit should enter (penetrate) the detector, and the PE line cannot enter the detector. It is strictly prohibited to use the working zero line N (neutral line) as the PE line, and it is also strictly prohibited to use the PE line as the working zero line N.
Install temperature measuring electrical fire monitoring detectors
1. When the temperature measuring electrical fire monitoring detector is installed in contact mode, special fixing parts should be used to fix it.
2. The infrared temperature measurement type electrical fire monitoring detector should be fixed on immovable objects and maintain a safe distance from the monitored object.
Installation of linear thermal fire detectors
1. When using non-contact installation, the distance between the linear thermal fire detector and the monitored object should not be greater than 10cm.
General regulations for debugging
1. The debugging of the electrical fire monitoring system should be carried out after the completion of construction.
2. Before debugging, it is necessary to have the necessary technical documents for debugging.
3. The debugging unit should prepare a debugging program before debugging and debug according to the program.
4. The person in charge of debugging must be a professional technical personnel.
5. After debugging is completed, there should be a detailed record of the alarm value parameter settings for the monitoring points, as well as a record of the corresponding address and installation location information for the monitoring points.
Debugging of electrical fire monitoring system
1. The debugging of the electrical fire monitoring system should first conduct individual power on checks on the detectors and monitoring equipment, and only after they are normal can the system debugging be carried out.
2. After the electrical fire monitoring system is powered on, the monitoring equipment should undergo the following functional checks in accordance with the relevant requirements of current national standards:
(1) Monitoring and alarm function;
(2) Control output function;
(3) Fault alarm function;
(4) Self inspection function;
(5) Power function.
3. Check the main power supply and backup power supply of the monitoring equipment, and their capacities should meet the requirements of current relevant national standards and user manuals. After continuous charging and discharging of the backup power supply for three times, the main power supply and backup power supply should be able to automatically switch.
4. Special inspection instruments (residual current generator and temperature generator) should be used to test each detector one by one.
5. The main power supply and backup power supply should be used separately to check the various functions of the system.
6. After running continuously for 12 hours without any faults, fill out the system debugging report on time.
